Shipping Policy.

Carriers we use.

Zzair7 partners with the following international and national carriers, selected by destination and parcel weight:

  • France (domestic) — Colissimo (La Poste); DPD France for express
  • EU / Schengen — DPD; GLS for select countries
  • United Kingdom — Royal Mail (Tracked 48); DHL Express for orders > £200
  • USA, Canada — DHL Express International
  • Rest of world — DHL Worldwide; UPS for AU/NZ

You receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. The tracking page is on the carrier’s site and on our tracking page.

Processing time.

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are processed and shipped same-day. Orders after 14:00 ship the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and on French public holidays.

Delivery times.

  • EU / Schengen: 3–5 business days
  • UK / USA / Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of world: 10–18 business days

Costs.

Standard shipping: $9 EU / $14 UK + USA + Canada / $24 rest of world. Free over $120 / €110 / £100 order value. Heavy items may incur an additional handling surcharge — calculated at checkout. We do not charge surprise fees after order placement.

Risk of loss.

Risk of loss remains with Zzair7 until the goods are physically delivered to you (the Consumer), in accordance with Article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, Zzair7 will replace or refund at our cost — please report non-delivery within 30 days of shipping confirmation. Zzair7 will dispatch the order without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of order placement; if we cannot meet that deadline, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund (Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

Customs and duties.

EU customers: prices include EU VAT, no further charges. UK: VAT included for orders under £135 (IOSS). USA / Canada / Australia: DDU shipping — local import duties payable on receipt. We declare actual value on customs forms; we cannot mark shipments as “gift” or under-declare value.
