All Zzair7 shipments come with an automatic tracking number, sent to the email address on the order when the parcel leaves Balma.
If you have your tracking number.
The carrier’s tracking page is the most up-to-date source. Click the link in the shipping confirmation email, or visit the carrier site directly:
- EU shipments: Colissimo / DPD
- UK: Royal Mail
- USA / Canada: DHL Express
- Rest of world: DHL Worldwide
If you don’t have your tracking number.
Sign in to your account — recent orders show tracking links once they ship. If your order shows “processing” for more than 48 business hours, please email support@zzair7.com.
Heads up
Tracking sometimes takes 24h after a shipping email to start showing carrier-side updates. If your status looks stuck, give it one business day before contacting us.
