14-day no-questions returns on unopened kits. Honest case-by-case handling on opened items. Industrial tools aren’t disposable, and our return policy isn’t either.

Unopened kits — 14 days.

If the kit is still sealed and you’ve changed your mind, send it back within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer pays return shipping unless the item was misdescribed.

Opened kits — case by case.

Once a kit is opened, we treat returns the way a hardware store would: defects and damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded immediately. Buyer’s-remorse returns on opened kits are not accepted — partly for hygiene (gloves, tape rolls, sandpaper), partly because once a kit is opened, we can’t resell it as new.

Defective items.

If a tool fails within the first 12 months under normal home use, we replace it. Send a photo and a short description to support@zzair7.com. We do not need the broken item back — we need to know what failed so we can flag it with the manufacturer.

Power tools.

The cordless drill (A-06) is covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty on the motor and 6 months on the battery. Returns on used drills are limited to defective units only.

How to start a return.

Email support@zzair7.com with your order number and a one-sentence reason. We reply within one business day with a return label and instructions.
