Shipping.

All Zzair7 orders ship from our warehouse in Balma, France. We don’t drop-ship. Every kit is hand-checked before it leaves the workshop.

Timing.

• EU (Schengen): 3–5 business days
• UK / USA / Canada: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 10–18 business days

Cost.

• Free shipping on all orders over $120 / €110 / £100
• Under threshold: flat rate $9 EU / $14 UK + USA + Canada / $24 rest of world
• Heavy items (Garage Workshop Starter, Drill & Drive Kit) may incur an additional handling surcharge — calculated at checkout

Tracking.

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email when the parcel leaves our warehouse. Track your shipment at our tracking page or directly with the carrier.

Customs & duties.

EU customers: no customs charges. UK customers: prices include UK VAT for orders under £135; over £135 may incur duties at delivery. USA / Canada / Australia: shipments are DDU (delivery duty unpaid) — buyer is responsible for any local import duties. We declare actual value on customs forms.
