Accessibility statement.

Last reviewed: 18 May 2026. Z-AIR7 SAS is committed to making zzair7.com accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882, in force 28 June 2025), the harmonised standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

1. Conformance status.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address the remaining gaps and have set a target of full conformance by 28 June 2025 (the EAA enforcement date).

2. Accessibility features implemented.

  • Semantic HTML structure with landmark roles (header, nav, main, footer)
  • Unique H1 per page and logical heading order
  • Alt text on all images describing content and function
  • Keyboard navigation: Tab order follows reading order; visible focus indicator on all interactive elements
  • Skip-to-content link at the top of every page
  • Forms: labels associated with inputs, required fields marked, autocomplete attributes set, error messages linked to the relevant field
  • Color contrast: text ≥ 4.5:1 against background; large text ≥ 3:1 (WCAG 2.1 AA)
  • Cookie banner: keyboard accessible, ARIA dialog semantics, three equally accessible primary actions (Accept / Deny / View preferences)
  • Responsive: works at 200% browser zoom and on viewports as narrow as 320px without horizontal scrolling
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second (WCAG 2.3.1)
  • Page language declared (en-US) and direction (ltr) in HTML root
  • WooCommerce checkout: each form field labelled and keyboard-completable in one pass
  • Live region announcements (aria-live) for cart additions and validation errors

3. Non-accessible content.

The following content of zzair7.com is not currently fully accessible:

  • Third-party WooCommerce checkout blocks — some Gutenberg checkout blocks have minor ARIA gaps; we monitor WooCommerce updates and apply fixes within 14 days of upstream release. Workaround: customers can email support@zzair7.com to place orders by mail.
  • Auto-generated product gallery zoom — the zoom feature on product images is not focusable; product images remain viewable at full resolution by clicking through.

4. Testing methodology.

We have tested zzair7.com using the following combinations:

  • Lighthouse Accessibility audit (score 100/100 on home page)
  • Manual keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Esc)
  • Browser zoom 100%, 200%, 400%
  • Color contrast verified with WebAIM Contrast Checker against WCAG AA thresholds
  • Specialist subagent review against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria (10-page audit, 87% conformance baseline)

The next planned audit is December 2026 (six-monthly cadence).

5. Feedback & contact.

We respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days and aim to fix critical barriers within 14 days.

6. Enforcement procedure.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may escalate the matter to the relevant national enforcement authority. In France, this is the Direction Générale des Médias et des Industries Culturelles via the CNIL for digital services. In the EU, you may use the cross-border complaint mechanism via the European Commission.

8. Technical specification.

The accessibility of zzair7.com relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies installed on your computer:

  • HTML5 (semantic)
  • WAI-ARIA 1.2 (where ARIA enhances native semantics)
  • CSS3 (for visual presentation only — no critical content in pseudo-elements)
  • JavaScript (progressively enhanced — site is browsable with JS disabled, with some interactive features unavailable)
