Return & Refund Policy

Under Art. 25 of China's Consumer Rights Protection Law, mainland China orders may be returned without reason within 7 days of delivery, provided items are resaleable (tags intact, unwashed, undamaged).

Statutory exceptions (no-reason return not available): intimate basics once opened, made-to-order items, and other goods unsuitable for return by nature where confirmed at purchase.

If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 15 days of delivery; once verified we will replace or refund and cover reasonable return shipping.

International orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, resaleable condition. For non-defective international returns, return shipping and any duties are borne by the buyer; email support for the process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, initiated within 1–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return; arrival time depends on your bank or payment provider.
